Current Project Status

Current Status: The project is in the TRL 8 (Technological Readiness Level) phase, with a complete and certified system through tests and demonstrations, during which we are validating our system in real environments to confirm its effectiveness and feasibility.

In parallel, we are managing patents for all stages of the production process, including the innovative technology of the digesters developed by Innolarva and the nematicide as the final product.

Our product, a high-value-added nematicide obtained through aerobic digestion with our digesters, is currently in the registration process for future commercialization.

Nematicide Production Process

The production process of our nematicide combines advanced technology, sustainability, and efficiency, integrating various stages that maximize the value of organic waste and minimize environmental impact.

Biodegradation Process: We have designed an innovative system for the conversion and transformation of organic matter. This process is carried out under controlled conditions and directly at the waste-generating sites through a closed-loop system using our digesters. This approach eliminates transportation costs and significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Larvae Breeding: We are responsible for the breeding of Hermetia Illucens larvae under optimal conditions that ensure accelerated and healthy growth. These larvae reach an ideal developmental stage to begin digesting organic waste with high efficiency and speed, ensuring a high yield in biomass production.

Use of Digesters: The cornerstone of our process is the digester, an advanced machine designed to transform organic waste, with the help of larvae, into a high-value byproduct. This digester incorporates various technologies that allow full control of the biodegradation process, ensuring an optimal byproduct for its subsequent transformation into nematicide.

Production of Nematicide: The nematicide is produced through a process that transforms the byproduct obtained from the digesters into a product with excellent phytosanitary properties. This high-value-added nematicide is designed to provide sustainable solutions for pest management and improve the health of agricultural soil.

As a company, we not only ensure production under strict quality controls but also handle the distribution of the product, promoting a more sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
